THE OPENING

This episode opens with the contestant's training at TRAXX in the ring with Al Snow, Jackie, and Tori watching them train. We see previous footage of Paulina injuring her leg (back on the 1st week's show) wrestling in the mud for a cone. The mud concept was one of Tazz's ideas on how to train the contestant's. At one point during the current training at TRAXX, Al Snow sits Paulina down and tells her if her knee is injured she has to 'tell them' and it would be better for her to sit down so she can at least watch while she allows her leg to get better. We see Greg sitting down and checking out his left foot as Snow is giving Paulina this speech.

BACK AT THE HOUSE

Various contestant's were on the telephone with their loved one's and we learn of another mini contest designed by "Big" John to allow two of the cast members to bring a guest to the show next week.

BACK AT TRAXX

The contestant's are doing cardiovascular training (jumping jacks). When Kurt Angle walks in. We see little Josh doing jumping jacks when out of the corner of his eye he notices Kurt Angle watching. He gives us a voiceover about how he noticed Kurt Angle, and then Nidia marks out about Kurt Angle in a small video highlight shown to us.

We are shown a video highlight package of Kurt Angle's WWF career complete with showing his awesome moonsault off the top of the cage. Gotta love that spot! It was during his now infamous match on Raw is War against Chris Benoit.

AN AMERICAN HERO (SOON TO BE AMERICAN ICON) SPEAKS

"As all of you know, my name's Kurt Angle, and if you watch me on TV, my character portrays the three I's: Intensity, Integrity, and Intelligence. I was in amateur wrestling for almost twenty years, and I was a six-time national champion on the Olympic level, and in 1996 I won the Olympic gold medal. And I remember in 1996, Vince and Linda McMahon asked me to come up to Stamford Connecticut to the WWF Headquarters. And I went up there with the attitude that I had be taught all my life...that pro wrestling was fake. It's a joke. I went into Vince McMahon's office and he offered me a multi-million dollar contract. And I didn't laugh in his face, but inside I was laughing. So I went home and called my agent, and together we ripped up that contract, because I didn't understand what it was all about.

Two years later I'm sitting at home and I turn on Raw is War. I'm watching these superstar perform, and after the first one I was hooked. Not because of the storylines, but because of the adrenaline. I realized that these people are real athletes. I realize what you do now, you entertain people to a higher degree. I think that's what I'm addicted to."

TRAINING AT TRAXX WITH AN ONLOOKING OLYMPIC GOLD MEDALIST AND FORMER WWF CHAMPION, OH IT'S TRUE!

Angle watched the contestant's train in the ring and he stopped them and had Josh put him in a single-led takedown. Josh does so, and Kurt talks about the proper way to sell the move when it is being put on. He says when you reach the ropes to break out of the hold, you should be acting like you are thanking God for getting to the ropes and shows them how to do it. We see a video highlight of Jericho using the same hold on Angle and Angle reaching the ropes and acting like he was in massive pain to get to the ropes.

A bit later after more training in the ring we see Angle holding an envelope and he says there is one more "I" and it stands for "Island". He offers the envelope to Harvard Chris and Harvard Chris pulls out a pair of sun glasses.

"Big" John informs the group they are going to "Paradise Island in the Bahamas" and the trainers (Snow, Tazz, Jackie, and Tori) think they all deserve this mini vacation/break.

BACK AT THE HOUSE, PACKING FOR THE TRIP

We see various contestant's packing. I would like to take this time to make my thoughts known on this mini vacation. Personally, I think this is going to make the show go away from what I like about it for the rest of the show.

For this reason, I don't really care for the trip to the Bahamas, but then again, maybe this is a good time to develop some more characters on the show through normal interaction with other cast members, to allow us to start to dislike certain cast members, and hope they get thrown off. It can serve a purpose to create interest in the next few weeks of the competition and I am all for that. Of course in the previews we were afforded the chance to get a glimpse in to Harvard Chris pulling a semi Darryl. And I am all for that, because maybe Harvard Chris can turn himself in to the rich version of Darryl and help create some interest in the next few weeks of shows. I am all for that.

HE STANDS ON HIS OWN

Harvard Chris spends his time away from the group these days. It isn't a bad concept to force yourself to stay away from making any connections, because after all this is a competition. And if you hate everybody or at least are not close to them, you will not feel any weakness. Such as compassion and a sense of friendship, which down the road could make you ease up. Harvard Chris might be on the right track. But it becomes obvious to all of us the reason why Harvard Chris is spending time alone is because he is more well educated then the rest of the group.

Harvard Chris feels the rest of the contestant's ask dumb questions and make dumb jokes. And he would rather spend time reading good books (we saw him reading an Ayn Rand book "The Fountainedhead", which has to tell you something in itself).

Four or five of the group members are in the living room just chillin' like a villain, and debating about what "ocean" they are actually going too. And still can't decide upon which one they are actually going too, and we hear Harvard Chris telling us they constantly talk about something unimportant. Chris tells us why he feels he doesn't want to be a part of their group, and we see Little Josh dying his hair in preparation for this trip.

Paulina comes in with her own envelope. However; I doubt this envelope has anything black in it. Well, let me rephrase that statement, I doubt this envelope has anything black in that you can wear. It did have something black in it, X-Rays of her injured limb. Paulina is scheduled to get a follow up MRI as soon as they return from the mini vacation trip to determine if she can continue in the contest or not.

BAHAMAS HERE WE ARE!!

We get the typical MTV-Reality-Show-Reggae-Beat Music which is supposed to tell all of us watching "HEY, If you didn't know by now, we are in the Bahamas!".

We see the Ocean, Jellyfishes, Dolphins, and other various visuals to prove to us that yes, indeed, we are in the Bahamas.

Josh being a tourist, was caught off guard when one of the natives offered to sell him a musical instrument. But not just any musical instrument, no, this was a wooden flute! YES!! FINALLY, MUSIC HAS COME BACK TO TOUGH ENOUGH!

Josh quickly shows us his musical wisdom and impressed the group with his creativity and musical expertise! The group laughs at the flute playing style of Little Josh. Well, everybody is laughing and hooting and having a grand old time, with the exception of Harvard Chris.

Harvard Chris is annoyed by Little Josh. He thinks he is childish. He is really irritated by him.

Greg discusses Harvard Chris for us and talks about his loner attitude, and how he is always by himself now. The rest of the group doesn't care and laughs about how he is always spending time by himself.

PAULINA ON VACATION, OR IS SHE?

"Big" John, the lucky son of a bitch, got to go on the vacation also. We saw Paulina meeting with "Big" John and telling him her fears of going back to work after the mini vacation is over because of her injury. John tells her she has a decision to make in regards to continuing the training or not.

BACK IN THE HOTEL

"Big" John decides to have the drawing now, as opposed to later, and the two names he pulls out of the magic hat will be the two contestant's which get to invite a guest to the show.

In the future, the Internet will be developed to such great depths that if I say the following, "GIVE ME A DRUM ROLL PLEASE". It will magically just happen providing great drama and musical effects. But just use your god damned imaginations!

DRUM ROLL PLEASE! OUR FIRST WINNER IS........ LITTLE JOSH! Hey, maybe we will get to see what type of girl would date him. Or maybe he will invite his mother up for a visit.

And our second winner is............BIG GREG!

Harvard Chris is happy Big Greg got his name yanked out of the hat because his girl is going to be busy at the hospital for tests and won't be able to make the trip, so he has plans to sneak in and convince Big Greg to give him his spot. I guess he doesn't mind including himself with the group as long as he can benefit from it.

Little Josh begins to play us some musical tune's which can only be rivaled by Marilyn Manson's "Beautiful People". Actually, it was quite annoying and irritating, even for those of us at home. Harvard Chris was sprawled out on the couch reading a magazine. And it was obvious he wanted to get up and smash the damn flute in to a gazillion tiny pieces! But he showed great restraint and didn't do it. Why if he had, he would have been just as cool as John Belushi's character in "Animal House" when he smashed the damned guitar in to a gazillion pieces. But oh well.

BREAKFAST TIME HAS COME

Greg once again points out Harvard Chris is a loner. We see a clip of the loner getting locked out of the hotel room and banging on the door to be let in. I guess he isn't such a loner after all! HA! That serves you right! Now I bet he wishes he was in tight with the group.

Harvard kept banging on the door, and he was a little intoxicated. Soon the group members come out of another door and he enters the room. Little Josh made a comment about how Harvard Chris made an "ass" out of himself, and this caused Harvard Chris to get in to Little Josh's face.

For the camera, Little Josh told us he was proud he pissed off Harvard Chris and would be proud and glad to piss him on again in the future. I can feel a heated-bitter feud in the brewing.

VACATION IS OVER, TIME TO GET BACK TO WORK

Harvard Chris is on the telephone talking to his girl about coming up and how it was great she was going to be coming up to visit.

Greg is on the phone talking to his girl and discovers her appointment was either cancelled. Now he had to go back to Harvard Chris and tell him that she is going to be coming up after all and his chick isn't.

Greg feels bad over all of this and asks Maven for advice. Maven tells him to bring his girl up, and ask Harvard Chris to give him the spot back.

Greg confronts Harvard Chris about the situation and tells him in the nicest possible way he can. Harvard Chris pulls a Darryl on Greg and informs Greg he should have checked ahead about the appointment before selling him the rights to the spot, and "don't do me any favors in the future out of the goodness of your heart, thank you very much!". Well, I added that bit in myself, because we have come to realize, Harvard Chris is a "BITCH!".

Harvard Chris also says he doesn't want to call his girl and tell her she can not come because of a dumb mistake which was somebody else mistake.

THE RESULTS OF THE MRI

Paulina took her MRI X-Ray's to her doctor in town for evaluation. We did not get any word ourselves on the results until the next morning at TRAXX.

TRAXX TRAINING AGAIN

Snow makes light of Little Josh's 'sun blister' and tapes it up and draws something on the tape for humorous reasons. It was a kitty cat.

"Big" John huddles with the trainers for the purposes of discussing the MRI results of Paulina's MRI. The first doctor told her it was a break and a slight tear of her knee ligament. John told the trainers this and they do not want her to push it. "Big" John told them he informed her to go home and discuss this with her family, and return in the morning after a good night's sleep and make a decision to either work through the injury or stop training and allow it to recover fully.

Paulina later that night tells Harvard Chris the injury doesn't need surgery and is happy about that news at least.

THE MORNING AFTER

They go over the contest and the winners bringing up guests. And "Big" John asks Little Josh who he is bringing up, and he blurts out a name. Then John asks Greg, and Greg reluctantly points to Harvard Chris instead.

During this, Maven talks about how Greg did the 'stand up thing' and how he was probably expecting for Harvard Chris to do it right back, but Chris did not do it right back and quickly blurted out a name to John. And Maven thinks Chris should have done the stand up thing and not been such a bitch. Well, he didn't say bitch, but I did.

Paulina hugs Al, and the rest of the trainers, and then Nidia and Taylor who begin crying.

Paulina decides not to continue with the training at this point due to a knee injury.

"Big" John thanks her and she gets in the car and leaves. This is a big blow for the competition! She would have been a huge draw in pro-wrestling! And it was nice to hear as she was leaving, she has visions of still becoming a pro-wrestler after her knee heals. Chances are, and this was what I was thinking, maybe Al Snow or one of the other trainers will give a phone call to Killer Kowalski and he will contact her and take her on as one of his new recruits! Killer is the guy that developed and trained Joanie Laurer, and Paulina has all of the tools needed to be a major player in the future if she is indeed trained properly.

MY THOUGHTS

Not a lot of actual training on this show, but we got some future programs set up in a sense.

Harvard Chris has shown us that he is a total bitch, and now he has added two names to the list of people who have it in for him. Greg and Little Josh both have reasons to hope Harvard Chris falls flat on his face. And that is going to create some interesting heat in the next few weeks.

It as if we have our own resident Darryl back! Only now he is well educated and occasionally gets intoxicated.

We also now only have two women left. Nidia and Taylor. That has to also create a lot of tension between the two girls left. It is down to one or the other, and that could create some healthy competition. I am waiting for the shoe to drop and one of the male contestant's to get hooked up with one of the remaining females. It is bound to happen. Trust me, with only two females left, I see this coming down the road.

Well that is it for now..
