PREVIOUSLY ON TOUGH ENOUGH II

We are shown what happened last week on Tough Enough II to open the show.

RIGHT IN TO THE NEW MATERIAL

We see the contestants doing back bumps in the ring. Danny said it was unexpected to have Aaron cut off the show. Alicia said she did not think it was going to be her, but she didn't think it would be Aaron either, so you do not know what to expect. Matt said it boils down to what the WWF is looking for, what exactly the WWF is looking for.

Al Snow said cuts in this show are a necessary evil, so you have to think quicker on your feet and adapt.

Jacob said if you make the cut the competition level goes up.

THE THREE-QUARTER NELSON

Al Snow was in the ring with Linda and he showed the contestants the correct way to do a three-quarter nelson. Jacob told us that each person seems to have 'their guy that they pick on'. Jacob said Bob Holly's guy to pick on is Hawk.

We see Bob Holly going after Hawk in the ring. Telling him how a move really looks like and throwing him to the mat. Hawk said he thinks Bob Holly really likes him.

Bob Holly told us he does not like Hawk at all. He said he would never like him. Hawk goes to shake Bob's and in the ring and Bob tells him to leave the ring. Jacob said if he had to describe Hawk in one word it would be "Bizarre".

BACK AT THE HOUSE

Hawk is seen with spoon sticking out of his mouth and a milk jug in his hand. He didn't get any sleep the night prior to this because he had an odd dream. He said he had a horrible nightmare and woke up early, and all he knows is that he killed somebody in the dream.

Matt said Hawk is definitely one of the "past times" at the house.

Then we see Hawk making his "hawkwhich".

BOB HOLLY IN HIS FACE AGAIN

Bob tells Hawk to tell us at home what a "Hawkwhich" is. Hawk tells us what it is and we get graphics on the screen telling us as well.

2 Blueberry Eggo Waffles with a big slab of creamy peanut butter in the middle. Squish it down and it is ready to eay "umm.. YUMMY!".

"Big" John said there is a poster at Trax West with Steve Austin's head in three different positions (the one where he was going nuts, out of his mind) and he said that reminds him of Hawk.

FRONT BUMPS

We see the contestants doing front bumps now. Alicia lands wrong and requires some down time. She told us her lower back had been hurt earlier in the week and it finally got to the point where she could not handle it anymore. She is describing what it feels like to Al and is almost in tears.

Al Snow tells her to take a breath, it is okay. Al said it sounds like she is pinching a nerve or something in her back. Alicia goes to the back and we see "Big" John coming in to ask her what is the problem.

Alicia describes the injury to "Big" John as well. "Big" John said he thinks it would be a good idea to take her to the doctor and see what he has to say about the injury.

DOCTOR PROGNOSIS

The doctor told Alicia she has a muscle-strain in her lower back and it would take from 8 to 12 weeks to heal completely. And the rule of thumb with a back injury is to have bed rest and a walking program and then working with a therapist, but it depends on her tolerance.

Alicia tells him that he can give her pain medication or something but she is going to go back to work tomorrow. Alicia told us she got a couple of bottles of inflammation pills to reduce the swelling, and she is just going to jump back in to the competition.

OPTIMUM FITNESS

Raphael greets them and then we see them running the course. Kenny said Raphael is a mean man, and he never takes off his sun glasses. He never looks them in the eye balls, and his eyes are just deep dark sockets that breath fire.

Anni said this is one of the hardest things she has ever done. Danny said Raphael just basically kicks their ass. And there is not too much they can say about it. We see Raphael and he is seemingly enjoying his day.

PERSONALITY COMPONENT IS VERY CRITICAL

"Big" John is telling the contestants that the personality component of their training is very important and for that reason they are now going to learn how to develop their persona's.

"Big" John gave them some "homework" to complete at home.

BACK AT THE HOUSE

Danny is on the phone bragging about how when Al Snow cut people he told others what they had to improve, but just told him to sit down. He said that was cool because he was one of the only other people Al inform they needed to improve something to survive.

Alicia is complaing about how her back has been hurting for the last few days. She seemed to mock the fact that this is "TOUGH ENOUGH".

Jacob & Danny tell us the "homework" was just a profile sheet where you have to complete sentences with a word or two describing yourself. There was only about ten questions on the sheet.

Jessie & Anni are doing their "homework". Jessie said she does not really compete unless she is going to win. Anni asked her if she meant she was going to win this contest then. Jessie said she was not saying that because she does not really consider this to be a competition.

Matt told us he was done honestly in about three minutes. Matt told us that Hawk was scribbling out all of his answers and he had run on sentences and nothing seemed to make sense.

We see Hawk agonizing over the "homework" with his sheet riddled with scribble marks on it. The rest of the contestants are ribbing him and making fun of his answers. Hawk snaps and tears up the sheet.

Hawk told us he doesn't care about it. Danny told him to tape it back together again. Hawk said he didn't care. Pete asked him what he did. Hawk told Pete he tore it up and he doesn't care. Jacob was smirking and told Hawk "you know Bob is going to hear about this?" (Bob Holly). Hawk told us he just is not himself tonight.

Kenny asked Hawk if he wanted a hug. Hawk said he didn't. Hawk said he was fine. Kenny said he had some cookies or something. Hawk said he was fine. Kenny hugged him anyways (ahh what a moment!).

Hawk went outside to ponder his inner demons (I guess).

Danny said he has to sleep in the other room with Hawk. He was not happy with that thought.

A CALL HOME FROM A CRYING HAWK

Hawk was crying and he called home. His mother wanted to know why was calling so early in the morning. Hawk said he was not himself tonight. She asked him if he did not want to continue with the competition and he said he came out here for a reason and he wanted to continue. But something retched and horrible is was eating away at him inside.

Hawk explains to the other contestants why he did what he did. He was pissed off and snapped. But he will be damned if he will let this beat him. Kenny told him this was going to be a black mark against him.

6 AM, RISE & SHINE

Hawk goes to get Kenny up. Kenny asks if they are leaving now, and Hawk affirms they are. Hawk said he did not like his answers so they came back to the copy place this morning and copied his sheet over for him so he could answer the questions again.

Hawk forgot to staple it and went back in to staple it. Hawk is still trying to fill out the sheet but the answers are not coming.

He asks Danny what he put for his answer to one of the questions and filled that answer in on his sheet (I guess he forgot the camera's were rolling, eh?).

SAM CHRISTENSEN STUDIO'S

"Big" John greeted them and introduced them to Sam Christensen, who is going to teach them about developing their personalities.

Sam told them he had them fill out a sheet and the whole purpose of it was to get them in the "mood of saying words to describe yourself" and he wanted them to keep the profile sheet.

Pete told us the sheets were not even collected so it wasn't even that big of a deal. Hawk told us he brought his sheet with him, but obviously they didn't turn them in, so 'go figure'.

Sam said what he does is work with actors & politicians & CEO's, with anybody that is developing a career with personalities. He had the contestants tell each other the worst thing they had ever done.

Kenny said they did a little workshop with Sam about themselves. Anni added they talked about the meanest thing they had ever done.

Danny said in the 4th Grade he got teamed up with a kid in the class who was pretty slow. And he stood up in front of the entire class and said he did not want to work with him and the kid started crying for the rest of the day.

Jessie emphasized that Danny had to go back to 4th Grade to talk about the meanest thing he had ever done. "Big" John told us that Danny was definitely "Vanilla". He is just an everyday guy (I am going to start calling him Cunningham).

Jessie said she was rude and inconsiderate to her mother and even when she felt like she should have told her she loved her she was yelling at her.

Jackie told us she feels like she let a really good friend go for a really stupid reason and she feels really bad about it.

Alicia said she was blown away by a lot of people's stories, and especially Hawk's.

Hawk told us the worst thing he ever did was when he was pulling a car out of his garage and put it in reverse. But he did not put it in reverse and accidentally ran over his mother (breaking her both her legs). He was 15. He said that night in the hospital he was just so upset he did not want to be there and for that reason the person he cared the most for in his life, he wasn't there for her because of that reason.

Jackie said Hawk's story was unexpected and showed a new side of him. Alicia said she felt back initially but afterwards she thought only "hawk would do that".

Sam told them what they see themselves as is not always accurate to what others see them as. And what other people think is really important because other people buy the tickets. He had them write words on a board about the other contestants they felt. And he said that gives them an indication what other people are thinking about them and sometimes that is the very stuff that makes people stars.

BACK AT THE HOUSE

Jessie was telling Alicia that the doctor said she should sit out a few days and perhaps that was a good idea. Alicia said she thinks Aaron got cut because he was out for that day. Alicia said it was now or never.

Pete said he thinks Alicia is not as hurt as she lets on to be. He said she is only hurt around the house and when they are doing physical activities. But when they go out on the week end she is always moving around and dancing like nothing is wrong with her. We see her dancing at a night club.

Alicia defends herself saying the week end is all she has to look forward too.

SADDLE RANCH

The contestants went to Saddle Ranch. "Big" John made a bet with them if Kenny & Hawk could ride the mechanical bull they would get a week off of Optimum training but if they could not ride the bull they would have to show up to train in Jock Straps and nothing else (the men) and bikini's (the women).

Some of them did not want to make the bet. But eventually they did make the bet. Kenny rode the bull. Hawk was up next and failed and the bet was lost.

The contestants were pissed off at Hawk for failing (go figure). Hawk apologized but to no avail.

Alicia said she was upset because wearing a bikini to train in front of everybody was going to be the most embarrassing thing in her life. (So lets get this straight. She wants to pursue a wrestling career where she will be wearing less then a bikini in front of millions of people and she is upset she has to wear one in front of 13 people? CUT HER!).

Alicia called home and bitched about what had to happen. Hawk called home and told his mother he was going to do it because he really did not have a choice. She did not want him to do it.

JOCK STRAP TRAINING

Ivory was cracking up when they walked out. We saw the trainers making fun of them and cracking up. They all went running in public with the Jock Straps and Bikini's on. They turned quite a few eyes to say the least.

Al Snow said, "It's the middle of the day and their are all kinds of moons out!".

WORK OUT

We see them working out and Al Snow had another classic line when he said, "there was ass here, there was ass there, hairy ass, fat ass, dimpled ass, lots of ass, I was pretty grossed out!".

Danny said it was all in good fun. Alicia said it was disgusting and she was grossed out all day. Jacob said it was the most humiliating day of his life.

OPTIMUM TRAINING AGAIN

Everyone was training but Alicia who had a doctors excuse not to train. The other contestants think she is making excuses.

"Big" John told them if they ran in to the water in their jock straps or bikini's.. they would be excused from Optimum training for the rest of the week. Nobody wanted to do it. Hawk said he would do it right then and there. He took his clothes off and darted for the water.

Al Snow said Hawk did it, he guesses to be the hero because he lost the competition before. Whatever. Hawk did it and everybody else followed suit.

Alicia ran in but did not want to get wet. She tried to escape with only getting her feet wet. Raphael told her she had to be wet from head to toe. Alicia was pissed off at this. She dumped herself in the water in a pissed off fashion (she is the next to go in my own personal opinion).

"Big" John and Raphael congratulated them for doing the water run.

"Big" John said he thinks Hawk is unique and he loves him for being unique but he thinks he has some inner demons inside that we have not seen surface yet. And the show ended.
