OPENING
The show began showing us what previously happened on the last episode of WWF Tough Enough 2.
DANNY CALLS HOME
Danny called his father and was talking about how Al has been impressed with everyone's development. Danny said every week he has been proving he belongs in the competition and reflected on how he was not originally one of the 13 but was an alternate.
TRAX WEST
Alicia commented her back spasms had gotten worse and she has constant back pain now.
The first exercise for the day was the trainers giving the competitors a back bump in to a hip toss. They had to quickly get up for the hip toss after the back bump. Alicia was having major problems with this because of her bad back. Alicia told us at home she could not handle the exercise do to the throbbing pain in her back.
Jessie's body also gave out during the exercise. She told us her feet and hands went numb after she took the hip toss bump.
Al Snow checked her at ringside trying to help her breath through her nose and not her mouth to catch her breath.
Jessie told Al her heart would not slow down. Jessie told Al she wanted to win this competition really bad. Al told her she has to tell him when stuff like this happens so she can be properly evaluated. Al told her a doctor should check her out.
BACK AT THE HOUSE
Hawk is on the computer. Jessie called home and told her boyfriend she has to go see a heart specialist. She told us her family and boyfriend were not happy about her condition and her decision to continue the competition.
Alicia was up next on the phone. She called her father and told him her back was not doing well at all. She said she was "living off" of bottles of pain pills and muscle-relaxers (more on this below). She told her father she felt it would be better to rest the back, but she can't.
MY THOUGHTS ON "BOTTLES OF PAIN PILLS AND MUSCLE-RELAXERS"
I cringed when Alicia said she was "living off" of the above. I do not want to drag anyone down, but I can not remind you enough what happened to Louie Spicolli in WCW. Or countless others who became dependent on pain medication.
I feel the WWF should have stepped in, or MTV should have stepped in and cut her on the spot. I understand the medication might be prescription and she might be using it as instructed. But it doesn't help to have her all pilled up while training with other competitors. She could hurt herself seriously and more so, the other competitors.
NEXT MORNING AT TRAX WEST
Al informed the competitors there would be a cut the next day. They were given their 24 hour notice. Today they were working on wrist locks.
Alicia told us she did not know who was going to get cut or how many would be cut this time.
Danny thought since he was doing as well as he has been doing in all of the physical challenges, he was okay.
Jessie told us she thought the trainers were losing confidence in her and she did not want to go home yet. She was afraid to get back in the ring because of her heart.
As the contestants were practicing their wrist locks D-Von and Bubba walked in.
THE DUDLEY BOYZ
D-Von and Bubba arrived with the WWF Tag Team Titles and we saw some graphics of the duo in WWF action. Jessie and Matt were enthusiastic about the best tag team in wrestling history appearing.
D-Von told the contestants they had the best teaching them, but all of this was just the start.
Bubba began talking about personalities and talked about how having one in this business is AS important as the physical aspects and might even be even more important. Bubba said you had to have a character or 'gimmick' to make it in the business. Bubba told them the worst thing that could happen is you have a match a hear dead silence, no response.
D-Von told them they all have the opportunity others wish they had.
Jessie was a bit upset she had to leave to go see a doctor as soon as the Dudleyz arrived.
PROMO'S IN THE RING WITH THE DUDLEYZ AT RINGSIDE
Pete was up first. He was a "short, Italian, Tough kid from New Jersey".
He wasn't too convincing in his promo. Actually, Bubba cut a promo being that character which sounded more realistic.
Kenny called Bubba, "D-Von", and Bubba let him have it.
Hawk did not have great delivery but he has something interesting. I think he could be a great character using psychology and his warped mind to get himself over. He stole some lines from The Matrix to do his promo though. So he isn't the most original guy in the competition either.
Alicia was horrible at her promo. She was trying to be tough and came off as being a pretender.
Jacob was actually decent. But he needs quite a bit of work as well. Oddly enough there was no "Maven" in this competition. No one really stood out above the others in the promo department (on the good side that is).
On the bad side, Alicia and Kenny had to be winning. Until Danny stepped in to the ring and brought back his "Dannibal" character. The Dannibal act is what got him cut in the first place. He should have dropped it.
Matt said Danny works hard but he has no character or personality and he felt Danny was embarrassed to be talking in the ring because he was turning red. Linda thought Danny did not do well.
Bob Holly got upset at Danny pointing at him during his promo and it sort of sucked the confidence out of Danny a bit. Jacob said Danny had no flare and was just normal looking.
Danny must have said he was "Dannibal" about 100 times in 30 seconds. And at the end he concluded nobody knew who he was, and Bubba responded telling him they knew who he was because he had said it about 100 times.
DOCTOR WITH JESSIE
The doctor provided her with a heart monitor to monitor her heart for 24 hours to see what is going on with her heart. Jessie commented "so far, so good."
DRIVE BACK TO HOUSE
Linda, Hawk and Alicia shared a ride back to the house. Alicia was trash talking the other competitors and saying she thought Jessie was going to get cut because she is "milking" her condition (more on this below). Hawk was trying not to laugh (he was surprised at what she was saying). And he just listened to her bad mouth every one.
THOUGHTS ON ALICIA'S ABOVE COMMENTS ABOUT JESSIE
She made an insinuation that Jessie was 'faking' her condition and not cutting it. If that is not the pot calling the kettle black, I don't know what is. I will leave it at that. Just another reason to cut this girl.
WORLD WAR III
Hawk decided to tell the competitors what Alicia was saying about them, he thought they had a right to know what she had said. He did not feel like he was a 'tattle-tale' for doing this because it was a competition.
Jessie could apparently hear them talking and she told them she could and they should talk more quiet. They told her they did not care if she or anyone else heard what they were saying.
Alicia came in through the sliding doors and the competitors were 'cold' towards her. Alicia blamed the guys for trying to start "drama".
Jessie was pissed off at Alicia for saying what she had said.
Matt, Anni, Jacob and Jackie came back from shopping and commented when they came in WWIII was going on upstairs.
Jessie was bitching at Alicia for saying what she said. Alicia tried to lie and say she didn't say it. Jessie told Alicia the other competitors are her friends and they wouldn't lie to her about it. Jessie told Alicia she hopes she is cut and if Alicia is she will smile. But if she is cut, at least she will know she tried her best. Alicia ended up breaking down and crying (that is a symptom of being addicted to pain pills by the way).
Hawk said we were witnessing a different side of Jessie starting to surface.
Alicia was having problems breathing (another bad sign that points to pain addiction). Jacob asked them what they were arguing about and Alicia admitted she said things she shouldn't have.
Matt and Jacob were talking next. Jacob said he felt the 'chicks' could not take it and were not as tough as guys are. Jacob thought Alicia would drop out due to her back.
BACK AT TRAX
Jessie commented on how Alicia was rubbing everybody the wrong way.
MEETING TO MAKE THE CUT
Jessie - Chavo: "She's tough." Ivory: "You can tell the physicality is starting to wear on her, but not as much as Alicia." Al: "Jessie concerns me, because she has issues, physically." Ivory: "I'd say keep her." Bob: "I think Jessie is too much of a liability, because if something happens to her in the ring, who's responsible?"
Alicia - Snow: "At one point I would say she's tough and a hard worker, and the next second I would say she's a crybaby, and she's bulls******* her way through." Chavo: "The lockups, she's great, the headlocks are great." Bob: "She doesn't have that confident look." Ivory: "It might be that Alicia just isn't Tough Enough."
Danny - Chavo: "Danny has heart and the guy is in shape." Al: "Danny is like vanilla ice cream." Chavo: "Danny coming in as an alternate, the reason he was an alternate is because he lacks something. He got the chance to come over here, so he had to wow us. In the physical aspect he has." Al: "He's in great shape, he always wins the mile, every time." Chavo: "He gets the moves down every time. We give a new move, and he's got it." Holly: "He does everything right, but he's not worried about bringing that personality out."

Danny told us things were somber because it was cut day.
All the competitors were asked to stand up.
Pete was told to sit down.
Linda was told to sit down.
Matt was told to sit down.
Anni was told to sit down.
Jessie was told to sit down but Al told her he was watching her.

No one else was cut.
