PREVIOUSLY ON TOUGH ENOUGH 2

We saw what happened on the last show with Jackie being injured.

HELPING JACKIE OUT OF THE RING

Jackie is in the ring in a lot of pain. Linda told us they were all worried about Jackie. Jackie told us she heard her knee pop as she came off the ropes. It was explained to Jacob what happened to her knee as she came off the ropes. They carried Jackie in to the car and sent her to the hospital.

The rest of the contestants resumed training in the ring. Anni said she has been trying to avoid being injured because there wasn't a lot of time left in the competition. Al Snow told us Anni has hurt her chances because she has been holding back in the ring and in letting her character grow. Al told Anni she was thinking too much in the ring. Linda working with Jacob took a bad bump (Jacobs fault).

Al Snow and Chavo Guerrero Jr. told Jacob that he looked really good but he still needs to work on his ability because he didn't have it. Snow told him Jacob looked really good, but then told Jacob "I don't look half as good as you do, but I am where you need to be" (in other words Al was saying Jacob needs to be as polished as Al is in the ring and his looks are not going to provide that for him). Chavo told us Jacob needs to use his mind and not his muscles.

AT THE HOSPITAL

Jackie wanted to get back in to the competition at all costs. Dr. Todd Molnar examined Jackie and told her there was looseness in her knee and that meant she had probably torn some ligaments. He was going to give her an MRI to find out the extent of the damage.

AT THE HOUSE

Some of the contestants were discussing if there would be another cut and Pete told them he thought they would do what they did last year and keep all 6. We see them getting ready for another day of training and saying goodbye to Jackie.

BACK AT THE HOSPITAL

Jackie went in for her MRI which revealed she had torn ligaments in her knee and also had a slight meniscus tear. Jackie was upset at this news but wanted to stay in the competition. Jackie was told her options were surgery or to wear a knee brace and deal with the pain. The doctor did not recommend working through the injury.

Jackie called her boyfriend who told her she should worry about her health first and the competition second.

TALKING TO "BIG" JOHN

Jackie explained to "Big" John what the doctor had told him and John told her he would recommend that she go home. Jackie told John that was not acceptable to her and she disagreed with that advice. "Big" John told us this was a first for Tough Enough because for the first time someone who came down with an injury had decided to stay and not leave.

Jackie told Pete about the injury and Pete commented how the competition was unpredictable.

ROYALTY HAS ARRIVED

William Regal appeared and watched them work out in the ring. Regal gave them some advice on moved they were doing incorrectly. Anni and Pete were working in the ring together and everybody commented how they were really horrible. William criticized their work. Regal then gave them a little advice. Regal told them to work "snug" or "solid". William Regal also told them "I HIT PEOPLE VERY HARD, IN SAFE PLACES."

Regal demonstrated what he meant by this and threw some uppercuts versus Pete. Pete did not seem to be to fond of this and William told him if he could not take these blows he should find another line of work.

Jackie was bit upset she could not work with the others and had to sit out. A member of the "Groundlings" acting troupe appeared to work on their promo ability with the group.

He had the contestants cut promo's and then act like each other (mimic each other) and make fun of how they saw the other doing the promos. It was fairly entertaining with the contestants cracking on each other.

Al Snow said Jacob was improving on his character development (I did not see it). Both Kenny and Jackie felt Anni was "uptight" doing promos. Anni told us she needed to work on her promos.

"Big" John told them to find something inside of them to impress today since cuts were coming on Monday. Kenny thought Anni was going to get the axe. Anni thought Linda was going to get the boot because of her past problems. Jacob decided it was Jackie due to the injury.

MTV MAKES A HUGE MISTAKE, BECAUSE MTV SUCKS

MTV aired a commercial for the season finale, naming the final four, when the cuts were coming in the next segment! Gee, I think MTV is really cool.

BACK IN TRAINING

Linda and Kenny both explained you needed to be in the ring at this time to learn how to take and give the clothesline. Jackie was frustrated she was left out again.

Bob Holly noted Jacob was a slow learner but with due time he would be fine. Anni was doing horrible on the clothesline exercise and had to do it around 20 times to get it right. Jacob told us she had to do it around 20 times and lacked intensity.

JACKIE IS BACK IN ACTION

Al Snow allowed Jackie to get back in on the action providing she only worked with him. Jackie took some slow motion back bumps off the ropes and after a clothesline by Snow. She also did some other exercises in the ring (Small package) and numerous back suplexes.

Bob Holly put over the fact Jackie was working with the injury. Jackie told us it felt good to be back.

BACK AT HOME

Anni called her mother and her mother hoped she would be home soon. Anni did not want to hear that. Jacob again told us Jackie would be cut due to the injury. Kenny picked Anni and Anni picked Jackie. Linda felt it would be Pete because he was not marketable.

MEETING FOR THE CUTS

The trainers decided two cuts would be made, 1 female and 1 male. They went over the positives and negatives of everybody involved. It was obvious Jackie gained a lot of respect because of working through the injury, Bob Holly wondered what would happen if Jackie won and got hurt again. It was hard to read what the trainers were going to do since they countered every negative with a positive for each of the contestants.

CUT DAY IS HERE

Al walked down the line and told them all this was difficult and if they were cut, they should not let this end their dream. Al told Pete he was cut. Pete thought it was due to his lack of size. Al then walked towards Jackie and paused and turned and then turned back and then told Anni she was cut. Anni was broken up about being cut because this was her dream and she really wanted it. Pete told us he was going to go work out and he would eventually make it to the WWF (this was of course taped before the name change to WWE).

MY THOUGHTS

I was happy Pete got the boot. It was great to see him go because he was obviously not really interested in the competition. He was more in to the party lifestyle and training around the party lifestyle. I think the final four are interesting. Kenny and Jacob both have positives. Kenny can make everybody look good in action and that is a positive. But I do not know if he has the size to be anything special right away. But Jacob has the size and the odd look to be marketable right away. I am not to in to the BIG over SMALL issue but I think WWE is going to see more of an instant use of someone like Jacob then Kenny.

On the women's side I think Jackie finally won me over. I did not like her because I thought she was just another T and A appeal contestants. But she worked through the ACL injury and that gained my respect. She needs to win simply because she did choose to continue her dream and go on with the competition even after the injury. Linda is a solid competitor as well, but she has some problems in taking orders. I think she would be a risk for management and a potential headache to deal with. But it is an either or situation with the women and the male contestants in this competition.

Either of the four could be good choices. I think Jackie and Jacob are going to walk out with the prize next week.
