RETURN FROM THE HOME OF THE VIKINGS

Al Snow crossed out Kelly's name with the red paint on the wall. We see them teaching the group how to do leap frogs and run under the leap frogs bouncing off the ropes. Jamie messed the spot up and hit the mat really hard, but she was okay. Justin was having a hard time doing the exercise as well, Justin commented he was frustrated about it.

BACK AT THE HOUSE

We learn Jonah is a total slob and does not clean up his own messes. He said the others who are neat should do it for him and he shouldn't have to do it. Jonah commented Eric was really neat and was the type who should clean up after him. Matt confirmed for us that Jonah was a real slob and didn't clean up his own messes. We see Jonah wiping away a bunch of ants (because of food left out). Jonah is turning in to a real dead weight on my list week to week.

DISCUSSING RIBS

Bill DeMott & Al Snow decided to sneak in to the Tough Enough house and rib the contestants. We see Snow & DeMott sneaking in with disguises on (like robbers from the old west). They have cans of shaving can in their midst. They puncture the cans so they explode all over the rooms and run out. DeMott is caught by Eric at one point, who jumped on his back, but DeMott kept running and eventually Eric fell off his back. Snow & DeMott hoped in their get-away-car and sped off in to the night.

The next day in class DeMott & Snow got a standing ovation from the group. As Archie Bunker would have said Snow & DeMott dummied up about the entire situation and asked if they had visitors the prior night or something. Finally they fessed up to it and DeMott said he had not run down the driveway, he drove down it (in response to one of the kids saying he ran down it).

PHYSICAL CHALLENGE SET BY IVORY

Ivory decided the group should stage dive off of high platforms for their physical challenge. Jonah was afraid and nervous because he has a fear of heights apparently. There were three levels and they would have to do all three with the right form. We see them doing the first and then the second. Jonah had to do the third first and he did it, but he did not do it correctly. At least he did not impress the people who teach the stunts enough to allow them to continue with the exercise. Jonah's attitude may have been the reason they pulled the plug. He landed and got up and instantly said something to the effects of, "I don't care what that looked like, I did it.. that's all that counts". Jonah had jumped off and went straight down feet first. He is really lucky he didn't compact his spine and instantly break his neck or worse kill himself landing in that fashion. The rest of the group was upset that they pulled the plug because Jonah screwed it up for them. Eric said Jonah had screwed up in all of the physical challenges thus far.

BACK AT THE HOUSE

Jonah called his girlfriend and she was upset that he was still gone. She misses him. Jonah commented things can take your mind off of your goal.

TRAX WEST AGAIN

Snow is showing them how to take bumps headfirst in to the corner. They were working out in the ring again and Jamie was having problems. They were doing the leap frog exercise when Jamie messed it up totally and knocked out Matt. Her knee hit him in the head hard. Jamie was really upset about messing up and hurting Matt. Snow told her this is not ballet and people always get hurt and not to worry about it.

A CRIPPLER ANYONE?

Chris Benoit was the guest trainer this week. Benoit talked about respect. Benoit said he does not have an ego in the ring and he comes out to have the best match that he can have every match. Benoit was one of the best guests the show has ever had. Benoit showed them the snap suplex. DeMott commented the group should feel lucky to have the chance to be suplexed by Chris Benoit. Benoit told them they do not know how lucky they are to be where they are right now. It was a clear message to them all to respect the gift they were being handed and not make a joke out of it. Jonah managed to not do something stupid to negate the message Benoit was telling them. Jonah had some problems in the ring however and looked horrible.

PARTY TIME

The group went out drinking after the day of work. Jonah got totally drunk. Jonah tossed his cookies throughout the ride home. Jonah was starting to become a total wash with me on this show. I really think his stock value has been lowered considerably over the last few weeks. I really do not think he has what it takes right now to be a WWE Superstar on the road. I think he is starting to crack and if he doesn't figure out what he wants to do by next week, it will be too late.

CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT

The group was sent to the Improv Olympics to learn how to work on their characters. We see everyone doing promos. Some were good, some were not so good. Ivory was impressed quite a bit with Jamie's character of "Vixon" (which was a totally sexual diva). Justin seemed to be the Danimal of the group this year with a horrid promo. It was not really made 100% clear but it seemed as if Jonah bailed on the class before he did his promo. The teacher turned at one point and had asked if all of them had done the exercise and who hadn't. And then they cut to Jonah talking to his girlfriend at the house. Jonah said he had walked out on the class and had to return to make a phone call.

THE CALL

Jonah told his girlfriend he was not sure if he wanted to continue down this path. Of course now she was supportive and told him he had come this far and was doing so good, which is always the case. But it may be too late for Jonah. I think he if he pull a Stone Cold on Tough Enough during the class, he will be gone faster then you can day Stone Cold 26 times in JR fashion.

Next week someone gets the boot.
