LAST TIME... ON TOUGH ENOUGH

The show began with a recap of last week as usual.


TRAINING TO MUSIC

We see the group in the ring taking bumps to music. Justin said Kelly was behind because of her back. Jamie said Kelly is constantly complaining about how her back hurts and she wondered how she was going to be a WWE Superstar is she was constantly complaining her back hurts. We see Kelly in the ring almost crying.


BACK AT THE HOUSE

Jonah was on the phone with his friend and told him he was having a blast and this was the best time of his life. He then told us his prank was a good prank and the rest of the contestants wanted to rib him back. John said they were all sitting around think of a way to get Jonah back and Eric had the idea of putting a laxative in Jonah's drink. Eric was telling them all he was going to do it at lunch time and they were all cracking up about it. Eric said when he has a little accident in his pants that will be enough to repay him for the rib he played on them. We see Jonah getting ready for bed and checking to make sure nothing is wrong with his bed. He asks Eric why he is laughing and what he did but Eric doesn't say anything.


THE NEXT MORNING

Kelly said every morning she stretches her back out to get ready and she thinks she is not going to be able to do this. She knows she is going to have to get in to the ring and work with it. Big John told us this past week has not been kind to Kelly due to her back because she can not perform in the ring.


MORE TRAINING AT TRAX WEST

We see them in the ring again training to music. They are taking bumps in the ring and out of the ring. We see Kelly land hard taking one out of the ring and she is slow to get up. She is wincing in pain. Al asks her if she is okay and she explains that she has pain all around her back. Kelly said she broke down because her back was hurting so much and she thinks she is picking up everything slower then everyone else because of it. We see her walking to the back with the Tough Enough medic. Big John said Kelly is going to have to get over this back injury quick or suck up the pain because if she doesn't she is going to be left behind quickly.

The medic is giving Kelly a massage in the back and asks her to explain the pain. She says it is like a constant pain in her back. She was in tears. Al said it has been a struggle for Kelly to keep up with the others but she keeps plugging away. He said it is possible that she could come around. Ivory said with all injuries it is ongoing and you learn how to adapt to the pain, and Kelly will have to learn to do that.


THE RIB

Matt tells us that Eric had put an entire bottle of laxative in to Jonah's drink for lunch. We see Jonah searching the fridge for his drink and he finds it. The rest are drinking their drinks for lunch as well and laughing as Jonah downs his. We see them all eating and drinking at lunch time. Eric said Jonah went right for the smoothie with laxative in it, which played right in to their plan.

We see them training again and John said everyone keeps watching Jonah out of the corners of their eyes. Jonah was swaying back and forth and looked a bit pale. Eric said Jonah was hunched over and there was pressure on him back and he was trying not to smile. Eric said every time he looked at one of the trainers they had a half smile on their face (since they were in on the rib). Jonah went over to Bill DeMott and told him he had to go the rest room. DeMott told him to go do it then. Jonah sprinted off the rest room as the group and trainers were cracking up. Jonah said he ran to the bath room cramped so bad and was sitting on the toilet in relief.


NO TOILET PAPER FOR YOU

Jonah said he looked to his left to see where the toilet paper was and there was none. Jonah was yelling "hello" out the door and the group was cracking up with the trainers. Bill DeMott was yelling at Jonah to hurry up. Jonah told him he needed toilet paper and DeMott asked him what he meant he needed toilet paper and to finish because he was not kidding around. We see Al Snow & BIg John with toilet paper and Snow is yanking most of it off. Snow gives Jonah the tube with two sheets left on it and tells the group what he did. Snow told Jonah that was all they had left. Jonah came out and the trainers called him over. He looked like he thought he was in trouble. Al asked him if he was okay and he said he was fine. Then they all told him they had to tell him something and what happened wasn't his fault.

They told him about the rib and he was relieved to learn it wasn't his fault, because he thought something was wrong with him. Jonah said it was a good rib and they should pat themselves on the back because they got him.


THE TRIP

Big John told them they leave for Iceland on Thursday. For Christmas they got footlocker gear and sunglasses and luggage for the trip. Eric said they are extremely excited about the trip. Justin wondered if they would be off for eleven days during the trip and Kelly said she thinks it is more like 8. Kelly said it was hard for her to get excited about the trip because she didn't know how hard it was going to be. She planned on not getting cut during the trip and just wants her back to hold up. John said the trip to Iceland is going to allow him to go to a place he would never normally go to otherwise. Matt said they were all excited. Eric was eager for the night life.

We see them arriving and checking in to the hotel.


TOP 50 RESTAURANTS IN THE WORLD

We see them eating at Siggihall, which Big John explains is one of the top 50 dining establishments in the world. Everyone seemed to enjoy the meal. Jonah said it was unbelievable and the entire dinner was great. They topped it off with one of the special drinks over in Iceland called "black death" (looked as thick as goldschlagger).


OUT AT NIGHT

Justin said the entire cast went out for drinks after dinner and were hanging out at a bar. Jonah said Eric met this girl and they were hanging all over each other and swapping a little spit here and there and then said actually a lot. Jamie said she thinks Eric just went all out to get hooked up. She thought the circumstances involved were a little but scummy. He took her back to the hotel with him. John said Eric and the girl were having a good time and they wanted to continue the good time so they went back to the hotel together.

Eric said the girl he ended up hooking up with had this Icelandic name he couldn't even pronounce. He said it was definitely not one of his brightest moments.


HE BECOMES THE PRICK OF THE CONTEST

Eric said when he woke up in the morning he realized he had made a mistake and wondered what he had done. He said he went over to Justin's room and begged them to get the girl out of his room. He called back to his room and ushered Jonah to make her leave. Justin said Eric was trying to get him involved in getting this girl out of the room. Eric told Justin he would owe him one big time if he did this for him. Justin said he was kind of laughing and walked in and was trying to get her out of the room and the girl picked up Eric's passport and wanted to take it. He told her she could not take it but she looked like she was going to take it anyway. She eventually put it down and decided to take some of his clothes instead. Eric called back over again and was wondering why she was not gone yet. It was obvious the girl was a bit perturbed because she had gotten the shaft twice, and the second time was not the type of shaft any one wants to get. In my opinion, Eric should have been a man about this entire thing and just told her he had to do things all day. Instead of taking the pussy way out of it and making her feel like she was used and thrown away (which is what he did).


THAT DAY AT BREAKFAST

Big John informed them they decided a cut would happen today and it would be based on training inside the ring and on behavior outside of the ring. The person that is cut will be leaving Iceland right away. Big John said they do not normally plan when the cuts are going to be made, they know how many will be cut but decide to cut when they feel one is needed. He emphasized if you are a WWE Superstar or want to be one, you should be one inside and outside of the ring. During this they zoomed in on Eric. Matt said normally they have days warning before a cut, but this one was thrown right at them instantly. John said everyone was thinking it could be them.

Big John said the idea for Iceland was to train in the elements. They wanted it to be cold, windy, rugged. They decided to put the ring outside in the cold. We see them all training in the ring taking bumps. Kelly said her back was hurt and when she had to pick up Justin she couldn't do it. Justin said he was jumping and trying to fall over so he didn't get hurt. Jonah said Kelly could not pick any of them up. Eric said it was not in his character to do what he did and it was a strike against him and he was nervous about it. Kelly was nervous she was going to get cut due to her back problems. Al said it is a competition and it is not really fair to keep someone on you feel can not compete at the level you need them to compete at.


THE CUT

Al tells them there is no reason waste time with this cut and he was going to get right down to business. Al informed Kelly she was not tough enough and she was cut. We see Kelly walking back to the hotel. She was upset obviously. She said she was sad because she wanted to be one of the two to get a contract. She said this was not the end and she would go after her dream. Al told them it was down to six and it would be taken down to 2. Which meant that four of them would be cut.


THOUGHTS

Decent show this week. It still looks like Jonah, John and Matt are the three favorites this year. Jamie has something they could market and she is good enough in the ring to make it. But with 3 STRONG male competitors this season, I just think it looks like this year no woman will get the contract.
